MSU 62 STUDENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF PROGRAM GUIDELINES
As a participant in the MSU-62 Fee Waiver Program, I am aware of, and agree to comply with, the program’s guidelines and limitations as indicated below.
1. As a nondegree-seeking undergraduate student (ND), I may enroll only in undergraduate classes (100-599 level). To be eligible for this fee waiver, I must be a resident of the state of Missouri.
2. As a Post-Baccalaureate (PB) student [a nondegree-seeking student with a bachelor’s degree or higher], I may enroll in undergraduate classes (100-599 level) or a maximum of nine graduate level classes with departmental approval. To be eligible for this fee waiver, I must be a resident of the state of Missouri.
3. As an MSU-62 Fee Waiver student, I may enroll in one course during the fall and/or spring semester that is taught on the Springfield campus and has an open seat. The department that offers the course will make the determination whether I fulfill their prerequisite requirements and will be allowed to take the course. The fee waiver will not apply to intersession, special courses or off-campus offerings.
4. As an MSU-62 Fee Waiver student, I may enroll in only one class each semester.
5. If I choose to continue enrollment as a nondegree-seeking student after completing twenty-four (24) hours, I acknowledge that, under this classification, I do NOT have the required advisement and the courses that I take MAY NOT be applicable to my degree program should I choose to seek a degree in the future.
6. If I choose not to complete a class, the proper procedures for dropping a class must be completed by the University’s “Grading Options Deadline.” (refer to the University’s Academic calendar for this date)
If I wish to drop my class, I must withdraw from the university. I can complete this process online, or I can withdraw in person in the Office of the Registrar located in Carrington Hall, Room 320.
7. I am responsible for the required special course fees, supplemental fees, textbooks, and parking fees.
8.
