1. This form has 2 main functions: To admit AND enroll students under the non-degree seeking student status.

NOTE: Please understand that most courses at Missouri State University have prerequisites and permissions that must be obtained before being able to enroll. If you have coursework from another institution that might satisfy the prerequisites, you're encouraged to attach your unofficial transcripts to this form.

2. This form is designated for students who are NOT currently and actively seeking a degree at Missouri State University. If you are currently a degree seeking undergraduate OR graduate student, you are encouraged to speak with your assigned academic advisor before submitting this form.

3. Be aware that non-degree seeking students are not typically eligible for financial aid.

4. THIS IS NOT AN AUTOMATED PROCESS. Processing times can range anywhere between 3-5 business days.
