2027 New Student Orientation Leader Application

We are excited you are applying to be a New Student Orientation Leader for the Summer of 2027. Please complete the application by October 23rd, 2026 at 11:45pm. Once your application is completed, you will receive an email from our Coordinator, Maggie McGowen, with a link to sign-up for your interview.

All New Student Orientation Leader applicants must:

Have and maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.55 or higher

Be in and maintain good disciplinary standing

Work no other on-campus positions during the summer

Enroll in 12 or more credit hours at MSU for the Spring 2027 and the Fall 2027 semester

Attend ALL events listed in the “Time Commitment” section found at https://www.missouristate.edu/NewBears/becomeaSOARleader.htm
